AFFILIATION’S OPTIONS TO LAND MASTERS’ COMMERCIAL CLUB
1) STANDARD OPTION
Founded in a covering contract signature, you complement just in the necessary cases the differential amounts to cover our market’s fees by each conducted operation, this option gives you the chance to receive weekly the thousands of buildings that we generate, including those in which the proprietors do not cover our fees or are under intermediary real estate agents. The advantages of this option are indicated in the table that is shown ahead denominated ADVANTAGES OF THE AFFILIATION OPTIONS TO LAND MASTERS’ COMMERCIAL CLUB
In this STANDARD option, the affiliated member will have to complement just in necessary case our fees until covering the following amounts:
5% of the final value of each operation in Mexico City and metropolitan area and of 6% in any other location inside the Mexican Republic, in both cases plus IVA tax.
Founded in the obligatory times for the renter;
For a year of renting, a month fee
For two years of renting a month and a half fee
For three years of renting two months fee
And by rents greater to 3 years, 5% of the total value of the contracted rent.
In all of the above cases plus IVA tax.
2) ADVANCED OPTION
Founded in the signing of a fixed quota by conducted operation contract, which consists on a 3% fee for each buy-sell operation or a month fee in case of renting, this independently of the fees that can possibly be generated on the part of the proprietors. If two or more members of LANDMASTERS’ COMMERCIAL CLUB in anyone of its options, have interest on a same building, will have priority the member with greater seniority of affiliation "FIRST IN TIME, FIRST IN RIGHT", reason why we recommend to join as soon as possible.
If you do not wish to affiliate with LANDMASTERS’ COMMERCIAL CLUB in any of our two options, also we can support you in the solution of your real estate needs, with the exception that we will be able solely to display you the buildings that cover the 100% of our fees on the part of the proprietor, the ones that are not under intermediary of some real estate agent and the ones that no member of LANDMASTERS’ COMMERCIAL CLUB want.
