PRICES’ HOMOLOGATION

This method is based on carrying out investigations in field of similar properties market in the same zone that the one that  is being evaluated. This method also is known as comparison of sales method and serves to determine a value parameter based on the supply and the demand in a moment in the time.

This type of researching is made with the intention of achieve a basis indicative to determine the price that the market would be arranged to pay by a real estate.

Our system based on LAND MASTERS network, that generates great amount of real estate’s supply in a same zone, allows us to determine electronically the average values by type of property, allowing us to apply them into specifically events with greater trustworthiness.

It is important to notice that this type of value determination does not consider other aspects that a value opinion or a formal estimate contemplates, but on the other hand its accomplishment cost is low and the answer immediate.
